To improve the accessibility of the Rotterdam region, the Blankenburg connection opened back in December 2024, however without offering the possibility to settle the toll via fleet cards. The Blankenburg connection is a new motorway (A24), which connects the A20 at Vlaardingen with the A15 at Rozenburg.

Shell Fleet Solutions customers can use their Shell Card to conveniently settle the toll at the Blankenburg connection in The Netherlands by registering the Shell Card in the portal of service provider MOVE-IZI via ‘Payments’ in the menu on the left in the portal and set the billing frequency to every week.
